You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • The original packaging is included.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards or downloadable software.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your order confirmation and RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Refund Process

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning items will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different version, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
